Erica works closely with Roz Anton in the listing and management of our current listings. From the moment you first sign your listing with Roz, Erica launches a series of action plans in order to effectively introduce your home on the market. She co-ordinates the marketing of your home including preparing brochures, flyers, reports, setting up appointments for showings and marketing your home in various print ads & on internet sites. She ensures that feedback is obtained from realtors after the showing of your home in an effort to keep you fully informed. She also works closely with Trudi so the moment a home goes under contract, Erica starts a plan to ensure a smooth and stress free transaction. She will track the details, such as the buyer loan process and any other special requirements of the contract. Erica will be working directly with the title company and lender to meet all contract deadlines and to close on time.
